- 2 pound(s) Stew Meat (Chuck)
 - 0.5 cup(s) Water
 - 2 Garlic Cloves
 - 2 teaspoon(s) Chili Powder
 - 1 teaspoon(s) Vinegar
 - 1 teaspoon(s) Oregano
 - 1 teaspoon(s) Cumin
 - dash(es) Salt and Pepper to Taste
 
Slow Cooker Shredded Beef Directions
- Brown stew meat in oil on stove top
 - Add all other ingredients to slow cooker on high
 - Cover then simmer for about an hour and half or until meat is very tender
 - Uncover and boil until liquid is almost evaporated
 - With 2 forks, shred meat
 - Serve with veggies
