- 1 pound(s) Turkey Sausage (Can use Ground Turkey or Chicken)
 - 2 cup(s) Mushrooms
 - 2 Garlic Cloves
 - 1 Celery Stalk
 - 4 cup(s) Cauliflower Rice
 - 2 cup(s) Spinach
 - 0.33 cup(s) Low Sodium Vegetable Broth
 - 2 tablespoon(s) Liquid Amino Acids, Coconut Aminos or Low Sodium Soy Sauce
 - 3 tablespoon(s) Olive Oil For Sauteing Veggies
 
Sausage Mushroom Cauliflower Rice Skillet Directions
- Cook sausage in a large skillet on medium high heat.
 - Add chopped garlic, celery and mushrooms and saute.
 - Pour in vegetable broth and liquid amino acids.
 - Add cauliflower rice, bringing heat to a simmer. Cook for about 5-10 mins until cauliflower rice is soft.
 - Add spinach and stir until wilted.
 - Salt and pepper to taste.
