- 1 Turnip
 - 0.5 tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
 - 0.5 teaspoon(s) Sea Salt
 - 1 teaspoon(s) Coriander and Thyme
 
Oven Roasted Turnip Chips Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
 - Peel the turnip and slice thinly preferably with a mandolin
 - Lightly toss with olive oil and season with sea salt and your choice of spices (coriander & thyme)
 - Lay out in single layer on baking sheet lined with foil
 - Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until desired crispiness
 - You can also try some sort of spicy rub like smoked paprika
