- 1 Packet ITG Cream of Mushroom Soup
 - 2 Boneless Chicken Breast (5-8 oz each)
 - 1.5 cup(s) Mushrooms
 - 2 Garlic Cloves
 - 1 tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
 - 2 teaspoon(s) Thyme
 - 2 teaspoon(s) Oregano
 - 3 teaspoon(s) Garlic Powder
 - 2 teaspoon(s) Salt and Pepper
 - 1 tablespoon(s) Chopped Green Onion
 
Creamy Mushroom Baked Chicken Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
 - In a small bowl, mix thyme, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper
 - Sprinkle chicken with seasoning mixture on both side, cover with foil and bake for about 15 mins
 - While chicken is cooking, sauté mushrooms and garlic in olive oil, set aside once mushrooms and garlic are soft and fragrant
 - Add mushrooms and garlic to pan of chicken
 - Make ITG Cream of Mushroom Soup according to package directions and pour over chicken and mushrooms
 - Bake for about 5-10 mins or until chicken is cooked thoroughly (160-170 degrees)
 - Garnish with fresh green onion
 - For a complete meal, sautéed green beans and mashed cauliflower
