Recipe
- 1 Head of Cauliflower (grated)
 - 1 teaspoon(s) black pepper
 - 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
 - sea salt to taste
 
Lemon Pepper Cauliflower Rice Directions
- Grate a head of cauliflower or use pre-"riced" cauliflower from the grocery store.
 - Cover in microwave safe container and heat for 5-8 minutes until hot.
 - Add additional ingredients and stir, enjoy immediately.
 - Alternately, sautee cauliflower in pan with a tablespoon of olive oil to desired consistency and stir in additional ingredients. Serve with lean protein of your choice and additional vegetables.
