- 1 cup(s) Ground Flaxseed
 - 1 ITG Dark Chocolate Pudding/Shake Packet
 - 0.5 ITG Very Vanilla Pudding/Shake Packet
 - 1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla Extract
 - 3 tablespoon(s) Hershey's Dark Cocoa Powder- Unsweetened
 - 0.5 cup(s) Unsweetened Shredded Coconut for Dough
 - 0.5 cup(s) Sweetened Shredded Coconut for Rolling
 - 0.5 cup(s) Coconut Oil- Melted but Not Hot
 - 1 teaspoon(s) Sea Salt
 - 2 Packets of Stevia
 - 0.25 cup(s) Almond Butter
 
Chocolate Coconut Balls Directions
- In a food processor or by hand, mix all ingredients together into a dough. If too much oil, add extra 1/2 packet of ITG Very Vanilla powder or 1/4 cup of extra flax seeds.
 - Let dough sit in the refrigerator for about 30 mins to chill and stiffen.
 - Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls and then roll each in sweetened coconut.
 - Leave in refrigerator or freeze to transport.
 - *1 batch equals 18 1-inch balls.*
